Capote in the Clutter Home

Truman Capote stands in the living room of the Clutter family home in 1967. The family was murdered in the house in Holcombe, Kansas, on November 15, 1959, by Perry Smith and Richard Hickock. Capote's 1966 "non-fiction novel" In Cold Blood about the murders catapulted him to international fame.
