Old Southern Depot

The Old Southern Depot in Maplesville, Chilton County, was built in 1912 on a line of the Mobile and Ohio Railroad to replace the previous building, which burned in 1911. It was placed on the Alabama Register of Landmarks and Heritage in 1976 and now serves as a town museum and senior citizen center.
