The Community Hall in Magnolia Springs, Baldwin County, was built in 1894 on property donated the previous year by local businessman Otis Lyman. The building first served as a schoolhouse and hosted the local Red Cross chapter. In 1927, it became the home of the Magnolia Springs Improvement Association, which became the Magnolia Springs Community Association in 1953.
