The Sage Town pioneer village at the Scottsboro-Jackson Heritage Center recreates a pioneer village of the mid-nineteenth century. In addition to a schoolhouse and blacksmith shop, the complex also features several cabins donated by local families, including this one by the descendants of George Dicus.
