The Charlie F. Higgins House in Five Points, Chambers County, was built around 1898 for farmer and lumberman Charles Higgins on his 84-acre property. It is a notable example of the Folk Victorian style and retains most of its original features. It was added to the Alabama Registers of Landmarks and Heritage in 2011.
