Cave Mountain Small Wild Area and Trail, near Union Grove, Marshall County, encompasses about 34 acres on the south side of Guntersville Dam. It is one of 28 such properties managed by the Tennessee Valley Authority as wildlife reserves. The site features a 6.5-mile trail through a variety of habitats and passes by the cave, which is closed to the public.
