Benjamin F. Porter (1808-1868) was a prominent legal figure and state legislator in antebellum Alabama. He represented Monroe and Tuscaloosa Counties in the Alabama State Legislature and briefly served as a circuit judge based in Mobile, Mobile County, and in Greenville, Butler County.
