Auburn University graduate students release a paddlefish they trapped to collect research data at William “Bill” Dannelly Reservoir in Dallas and Wilcox Counties. The study is part of a larger effort, known as the Navigation and Ecosystem Sustainability Program, by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to study the effects of dams on fish migration and to develop mitigation systems.
