Lucius Quintus Cincinnatus Lamar

Lucius Quintus Cincinnatus Lamar (1825-1893) served in the U.S. Congress, was United States Secretary of the Interior during the administration of Pres. Grover Cleveland, and was an associate justice of the U.S. Supreme Court. Lamar County is named for him.
