Louis V. Clark (1862-1934) was a business executive and real estate developer who built the Lyric Theatre and the Clark Building, among others, in downtown Birmingham. He also headed a regiment of the Alabama National Guard and was involved in the suppression of mine-worker strikes in the Birmingham Coal District.
