Gustav Hasford in Da Nang

During the Vietnam War, Alabama author Gustav Hasford (left) worked as a journalist for the U.S. Marine Corps and was assigned to the International Services Office in Da Nang in what was then South Vietnam. Here, he interviews Viet Cong prisoners of war.
