Greyhound Bus Station Exterior

The Greyhound bus station that now houses the Freedom Rides Museum in Montgomery was designed by architect William Strudwick Arrasmith based upon a standard Streamline Moderne Art Deco design mandated by the company. In addition to the more than 60 Greyhound stations he designed, Arrasmith was the architect of record for a number of notable public and private buildings in his adopted hometown of Louisville, Kentucky.
