The goldline darter (Percina aurolineata) is a member of the Percidae family of fish, which also includes the walleye, the perches, and several other species significant to recreational fishing. The goldline darter is a threatened species found only in the Cahaba River watershed in Bibb, Jefferson, and Shelby Counties and the Coosawattee River watershed in Georgia.
