Gallimimus Skull

Scientists believe that most ornithomimids were herbivorous, given their general lack of teeth. This cast of a Gallimimus skull clearly shows the birdlike toothless beak as well as bony eye rings, which are still found in animals today and are believed to help the eyes maintain their shape.
