The G. W. Carver Interpretive Center in Dothan, Houston County celebrates the life and accomplishments of scientist and inventor George Washington Carver. His wide-ranging research into the cultivation and uses of peanuts led to the museum's establishment in Dothan, the center of Alabama's peanut industry.
