This detail comes from a map of significant sites from the Creek War of 1813-14 included in The Pictorial Field Book of the War of 1812, published in 1869 by Benson Losson. The Creek village of Tallushatchee, located on the lower right section near Fort Strother was the site of the first defeat of the Red Stick faction on November 3, 1813.
