Conecuh People Cover

Conecuh People: Words of Life from the Alabama Black Belt, by Bullock County native Wade Hall, was published in 2004. The work is a collection of oral histories that tell the story of daily life in the Black Belt through a variety of characters. It was adapted as a play by Barbour County native Ty Adams that same year and performed at the Red Door Theatre in Union Springs for many years.
