Clinton Jackson Coley (1902-1997) was a jurist, businessman, and philanthropist and was a driving force behind the expansion of the Alabama Department of Archives and History and the establishment of Horseshoe Bend National Military Park in Tallapoosa County. He was also a long-time member and supporter of the Alabama Historical Association.
