Canebrake Experiment Station Bulletin

The Agricultural and Mechanical College of Alabama at Auburn established the Canebrake Experiment Station in 1885 to provide Alabama agriculturists with scientific information on forage crops, pasture grasses, and various facets of cattle feeding and breeding. The publication was overseen by agriculture commissioner and future gubernatorial candidate Reuben Kolb.
