Andersonville Prison

This 1890 lithograph shows a bird's-eye view of Andersonville Prison, the largest Confederate Civil War prison. Located at Camp Sumter in Americus, Georgia, this view shows the camp from the southeast. Alabama governor Edward A. O'Neal was a guard at the prison during the Civil War.
