Milford Wriarson Howard (1862-1937) was a lawyer and politician who served Alabama's Seventh Congressional District for two terms in the U.S. House of Representatives. Prior to entering politics, he worked as an attorney in Fort Payne, DeKalb County, and was a supporter of Populism.
