Crooked Creek Civil War Museum

The Crooked Creek Civil War Museum is located in Vinemont, Cullman County, and preserves the site of the Civil War Battles of Hog Mountain and Day's Gap as well as the skirmish between forces under Confederate general Nathan Bedford Forrest and Union colonel Abel Streight. It includes a museum with numerous exhibits of artifacts, clothing, and other materials related to the war, as well as displays throughout the 120-acre property.
