Veterans Memorial Park

Veterans Memorial Park in Monroeville, Monroe County, is home to the city's memorial to citizens who served in the U.S. military. The memorial, located at the northeast corner of the park, consists of a brick walkway and circle marked with the names of people honored for their service as well as a retired jet fighter, helicopter, and tank. The larger park has athletic fields, beach volleyball courts, a playground, a pool, and two concession stands.
