A shopper inspects locally produced foods at Black Belt Treasures, a cultural arts center located in Camden, Wilcox County. The non-profit organization was founded in 2005 for the purpose of promoting and selling heritage crafts and fine arts to stimulate the local economy in the Black Belt region of Alabama. Visitors can view and purchase artwork, pottery, quilts, woodwork, baskets, jewelry, and other works created local artisans.
