Lanett Mill and Village

The Lanett Mill, shown here, was constructed in 1892 by the West Point Manufacturing Company in what is now Lanett, Chambers County, and was the first expansion by West Point. Like the earlier Shawmut Mill and village, Lanett also incorporated residential and public green spaces.
