This iron sculpture, formally titled Solemnity, is known by locals as the Goddess of Magnolia Cemetery. Made of cast iron and painted white, she marks the Rowan family plot and is unusual for being the only marker in the plot. There are no headstones or any other indications of the six family burials in the section dating to the mid-nineteenth century.
