Power lines carrying electricity produced by Tennessee Valley Authority power plants march down the mountain into the city of Huntsville, Madison County. The city is situated among Browns Ferry Nuclear Power Plant to the west, Guntersville Dam to the south, and Widows Creek Fossil Plant to the east.
