Clark Family Cabin

The Clark Family Cabin is one of several historic buildings on the grounds of the Three Notch Museum in Andalusia, Covington County. It was donated by the Clark family in 1992 and moved from the Waycross community in the northern part of the county. The cabin dates to around 1890 and is believed to have been built by an African American family headed by Rhoda Daniel. Prior to its relocation, the cabin was expanded to include bedrooms and a kitchen, but these additions were removed and only the original structure stands at the museum.
