Frank P. Morgan

Frank Perryman Morgan was a Montgomery businessman who served on the Alabama Public Service Commission in the early 1920s. He campaigned unsuccessfully for the Democratic nomination for governor in 1938. His daughter, Juliette Hampton Morgan, was a civil rights advocate in Montgomery.
