Liberty Ship USS Fort Laramie at ADDSCO

Liberty Ships were slow-moving cargo ships produced in large numbers during World War II. The Alabama Dry Dock and Shipbuilding Company in Mobile manufactured 20 of the vessels for the U.S. Navy in the early 1940s.
