Perry County Courthouse

The Perry County Courthouse is located in the county seat of Marion. It was constructed in 1855 in the Greek Revival style and expanded in 1954. It was designed by New England architect Benjamin F. Parsons, who also designed Pitts' Folly in Uniontown. The courthouse is a contributing property to the Marion Courthouse Square Historic District, which was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1996.
